Marathon runners can show their love of the sport with either a 26.2 shoe ornament or a 13.1 shoe ornament.

Do Tags are attached through the shoe lace and are small enough for any size shoe.

Each Do Tag is approximately the size of a quarter, 3/16" thick, made of rubber and weighs as little as a packet of Splenda.

The end of IronMan racing season is almost here.

Team Monkee Do (Scott Shaffer) is taking off for beautiful Tempe to race in IronMan Arizona.

An Ironman race consist of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 mile run (marathon). It is by far one of the most agonizing but rewarding things to experience.

The Ironman 70.3 Series culminates with its world championship in Clearwater, FL.

More than 1,800 domestic and international competitors earn the right to compete in the Foster Grant Ironman World Championship 70.3 by qualifying at one of the 31 Ironman 70.3 events held around the world.

Ironman 70.3 events consist of a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 mile run. The race will start and finish at Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach

Monkee Do is actively searching for a charity/foundation that focuses on fighting the growing obesity epidemic.

In 2008, Monkee Do hopes to donate a portion of our proceeds from sales of monkey shirts, monkey sweatshirts, and monkey hats to a charity that promotes exercise for children.

Monkee Do is about getting children to not just "see", but to "do". Florida Governor Charlie Christ recently applauded passage of the Physical Education Bill.

This bill provides for 150 minutes of physical education each week for all public elementary school students grades K-5.

You can't help but be touched by the story of Jon "Blazeman" Blais, an Ironman in so many ways.

Diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease in May, 2005, Jonathan Blais did the unthinkable when he finished the Ford Ironman World Championship later that year. The next year he returned to Hawaii (World Championships) in a wheelchair as a spectator.
