Monkee Do is helping fight childhood obesity!
We are proud to announce that a portion of all proceeds will now go to The DMSE Children’s Fitness Foundation.
The DMSE Children's Fitness Foundation, founded in 2003 by BAA Boston Marathon Race Director Dave McGillivray, supports non-profit programs that use running as a primary means of promoting physical fitness in children.

Team Monkee Do will be appearing at this week's ING Miami Marathon.
Stop by and see us at the TotalHealth & Fitness Expo Presented by The Miami Herald & El Nuevo Herald. The Expo is at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, situated in the heart of South Beach.

Monkee Do To Help Fight Childhood Obesity
Monkee Do is actively searching for a charity/foundation that focuses on fighting the growing obesity epidemic.
In 2008, Monkee Do hopes to donate a portion of our proceeds from sales of monkey shirts, monkey sweatshirts, and monkey hats to a charity that promotes exercise for children.
Monkee Do is about getting children to not just "see", but to "do". Florida Governor Charlie Christ recently applauded passage of the Physical Education Bill.
This bill provides for 150 minutes of physical education each week for all public elementary school students grades K-5.
If you know of a credible organization that focuses on the exercise component of fighting childhood obesity, please email us.
Monkee Do and Pete are "do"ing their best and will appear at plenty of marathon races, IronMan triathlon races and a few expos too.

Team Monkee Do is off to race in IronMan Germany on Sunday July 1, 2007 in Frankfurt.
350,000 expected spectators makes this the largest single sporting event in Europe.
Team Monkee Do will be wearing bib number 2211.

Ironman Community Loses Jon "Blazeman" Blais
You can't help but be touched by the story of Jon "Blazeman" Blais, an Ironman in so many ways.
Diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease in May, 2005, Jonathan Blais did the unthinkable when he finished the Ford Ironman World Championship later that year. The next year he returned to Hawaii (World Championships) in a wheelchair as a spectator.
